If all this resonates with you, we hope to hear from you! How this role makes an impact: Our Patient Onboarding Specialists are part advocate, part liaison, and part guide. Their mission is to help ensure our enrolled mothers get the right care at the right time during their pregnancy journey, thereby maximizing health and well-being. This is done through a combination of systems monitoring, coordination across different functional areas, proper documentation, and a focus on the mother's experience.
Key Contributions:
Explain the benefits of Lōvu services to patients Onboard patients to the platform Connect patients with customer service, billing, etc. to ensure their issues are resolved quickly Monitor remote patients and their data through various systems and use existing policies and procedures to address issues as they arise Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all relevant data across different systems Use protocols and system data to refer mothers to the correct resource or care partner Deliver exceptional customer service and patient advocacy, with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on the experience and care of clients, partners, and stakeholders Actively engage in professional development to continuously improve existing skill sets Other duties as assignedRequired Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients in both languages 2-3 years of experience in a customer- or patient-facing role, such as sales, customer service, account management, enrollment, or patient outreach, with demonstrated experience proactively engaging individuals, communicating value, addressing questions or concerns, and encouraging action Health care experience preferredOther Requirements:
Ability to sit at desk >75% of work time Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, in video conferencing, and in writing Basic typing skills and computer literacy Exceptional attention to detailBonus Points:
