Cedar Park, TX Job Details 13 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
Essential Functions:
Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions and manages onboarding processes. Assist with new hire orientation and employee identification documentation. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to appropriate staff. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Reviews personnel files and tracks documents for compliance. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management. Provide back-up for payroll processing, including timecard management, PTO processing, bonus payments and benefit changes. Assist in communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook and company policies. Other duties as assigned.
