Job Description Our client is hiring a Core HR Systems Program Manager to support Phase 1 of its Oracle HCM implementation. This role will drive day-to-day functional delivery across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Reporting, partnering closely with HRIS, IT, business stakeholders, and system integrators.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on requirements, coordination, and delivery—not overall program ownership. Pay Range - $80-90/HR on W2 (NO C2C)
Responsibilities:
Drive requirements finalization, issue resolution, and dependency management across Core HR Partner with HRIS, SMEs, IT, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and SI partners to ensure aligned delivery Coordinate across data, reporting, integrations, testing, and cutover readiness Facilitate working sessions to resolve design gaps and drive decisions Maintain RAID logs, status updates, and executive-ready materials Ensure Phase 1 scope discipline while capturing future enhancements Deliverables Functional workplan, requirements tracker, RAID logs SIT/UAT readiness and defect tracking Cutover readiness support and validation checklists Executive status updates and escalation materials Backlog documentation and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications:
Required:
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR + related modules) Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and workforce structures Proven ability to manage requirements, risks, testing, and stakeholders Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Preferred:
