Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Manager to join our Human Resources team. Ideal candidate is a 'people-person' with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, recruitment, and talent acquisition. This is an onsite, temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the company's strategic goals by managing the workforce effectively. Must be able to handle a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks from managing the full-cycle recruitment process to compliance, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. Essential duties and responsibilities Recruitment and talent acquisition : Manage the full cycle of recruitment in high-volume centers, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and processing offer letters. Onboarding and offboarding : Conduct new-hire orientations, process paperwork, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Handle all administrative tasks for departing employees, including exit interviews. Employee relations : Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Performance management : Support the performance review process by administering programs, maintaining documentation, and assisting managers in addressing performance issues. Compensation and benefits : Administer employee benefits programs, assist with payroll processing, and respond to benefits-related questions. HR administration and compliance : Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS, draft official documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Training and developmen t:
Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, track participation, and identify development opportunities that align with business goals. Data-analytics and reporting : Create, analyze, report, and provide data-driven decisions to SVP, Department heads, and others on HR metrics. HR professional must be data-literate, able to analyze HR, identify trends, and use these insights to influence business decisions and strategy.
Strategic support:
Help organize and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively is critical. Key skills for success
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates, employees, and senior management. Legal knowledge : A deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and Employee relations are critical.
Organization and time management:
The ability to prioritize and handle a constant flow of diverse tasks is critical .
Problem-solving & Crisis Management Skills :
Capacity to think critically and adapt quickly to resolve complex and unpredictable HR issues. Ability to find viable solutions quickly under pressure. Confidentiality and discretion : This role requires handling sensitive employee information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
Tech-savviness :
Strong Proficiency with HRIS software (ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, EXCEL), Word, Canva or other publishing tools, and Social Media marketing abilities

Data-driven decisions:
Must be data-literate, able to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and use these insights to influence business decisions. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role is required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Work Experience:
Fast-paced Call Center, high-volume Staffing agency or startup environment.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
