Job Description
Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Supervisor. Will perform general Human Resources functions that will help develop, implement and support all Human Resource Department initiatives; will process exit interviews with employees who separate from employment at TTBH; will work with payroll to process separations within required timeline; will keep credentials in Cerner/Kronos updated; will compile and analyze data regarding human resourced operations in applicable area; assist with training activities; prepare correspondence and technical reports as required; will conduct periodic file audits; will work on any special projects; will be responsible for scanning of employee related documents; interpret human resources policies and procedures; perform related work as assigned. Work is performed with broad latitude for the exercises of initiative and independent judgement.
