Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Payroll professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee comprehensive human resources functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance management. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, ensure accurate personnel administration, and support strategic HR initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce management, talent development, and organizational success through proactive HR practices and efficient payroll operations. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness using HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims. Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruiting activities, conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems like Kenexa BrassRing or Lever. Facilitate employee orientation sessions, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to promote engagement and retention. Conduct performance management activities including employee evaluations, succession planning, and goal setting aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, affirmative action planning, and HR legal standards. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing HR data collection, report generation, and Excel data analysis for strategic decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance management. Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing, benefits administration, and workforce management tools such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively and manage conflict resolution professionally. Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel for data analysis—and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Kenexa BrassRing or Lever. Ability to navigate complex employment & labor laws while ensuring HR legal compliance across all functions. Organizational skills to support change management processes, organization design projects, and strategic planning efforts within the HR domain. Pay:
