In this role, the recruiter will drive network expansion primarily through outbound engagement, including a high volume of warm and cold calls—supplemented by in-person recruitment, attendance at national conferences, and relationship-building with both prospective and existing dental providers. The position requires a proactive, relationship-focused approach to consistently grow and maintain a high-quality provider network. This growth is essential to ensuring broad, reliable access for both Careington members and client populations. •This opportunity offers unlimited earning potential with an hourly rate plus un-capped commissions. The work hours are 9-hour shifts Monday-Thursday and 4 hours on Friday morning .
JOB FUNCTIONS
Drive provider network growth by presenting and promoting our unique discount and PPO offerings to dental practices. Consistently meet or exceed monthly new provider contracting targets. Leverage a steady pipeline of leads, including member and agent requests, client referrals, and competitive intelligence—while proactively identifying and pursuing additional prospects. Develop tailored proposals and onboarding strategies to successfully engage large Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for dental providers and DSOs, including outreach, relationship building, follow-up, negotiation, closing, and contract execution. Contribute to special recruitment initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally while balancing day-to-day responsibilities. Support departmental projects and take on additional duties as needed to drive team success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience with metric driven sales Excellent knowledge of MS Applications - Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc. Preferred College degree preferred but not required. Prefer at least one year in high-volume outbound sales call environment. Dental and/or medical recruiting a plus
SKILLS:
Meeting and exceeding sales metrics Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a free-form sales environment. Self-confidence Ability to develop strong product and market knowledge to assist in sales production. Ability to follow through on all offered proposals with strong closing skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone manners and ability to build customer rapport. Minimum travel to Dental Conferences and in some cases face to face sales in hard recruitment areas. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires regular, predictable attendance and the ability to adhere to all Careington's work rules, policies and procedures. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up-to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
