ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and company information. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Coordinate onboarding activities, including employment verification, background checks, drug screenings, pre-employment physicals, and new hire orientation. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, PTO/vacation balances, and personnel documentation. Administer employee benefits enrollment and related benefit programs. Prepare and process documentation required for bi-weekly payroll. Generate and maintain weekly HR and workforce efficiency reports. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Partner with management to address employee relations matters, performance concerns, corrective actions, and disciplinary documentation. Support employee performance evaluations and development initiatives. Assist with workplace safety programs and regulatory compliance efforts. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience required. Manufacturing industry experience required. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and performance management. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance requirements. Experience administering benefits, maintaining employee records, and processing timekeeping and payroll functions. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, SDS documentation, and compliance standards. Experience with ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and timekeeping software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience supporting workplace safety initiatives and compliance programs preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred. OSHA 30 certification is a plus.#psbrenham
