Human Resources Job Purpose:
The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day HR support for an assigned region and partners closely with Store Managers, District Managers, and regional leadership. This role ensures a positive employee experience by supporting HR processes, facilitating accurate HR operations, and delivering consistent guidance aligned with company policy. The HR Coordinator acts as the primary HR contact for their region and collaborates with the HR Manager for escalated or complex matters.Key Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees within the assigned region. Provide HR support following onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from TA to active employment status. Assist with HR-related questions on policies, timekeeping, benefits navigation, PTO, and payroll processes. Maintain accurate employee data, including status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations within the HRIS. Support managers with first-level guidance on attendance issues, performance documentation, coaching steps, and corrective action procedures in alignment with company policies. Gather information and documentation for employee relations matters escalated to the HR Director, ensuring timely and factual reporting. Ensure HR processes within the region follow federal, state, and local employment regulations and company standards. Track and monitor completion of assigned trainings, policy acknowledgments, and compliance requirements. Process HR-related forms and requests, supporting workforce changes and regional needs. Partner closely with the TA team to ensure seamless new-hire transitions and clear communication between recruiting, onboarding, and HR support. Support engagement, culture, and One Team initiatives within the region by reinforcing communication, recognition programs, and leadership alignment.Requirements:
1-2 years of human resources, onboarding, or administrative experience. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with UKG or similar systems. Experience supporting multi-location or field-based operations. Familiarity with UKG or comparable HR technology. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.Benefits:
