The HR Analyst (People Analytics & Reporting) transforms workforce data into actionable insights that support business and talent decisions. This role partners with HR, Finance, and leadership to design, build, and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Workday and related systems.

What You'll Do:
Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday and other tools Track and analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, and hiring trends Develop executive‑level reporting and standardized reporting packages Translate data into insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders Support HR data governance, system optimization, and audit readiness initiatives
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience 5+ years of experience working with Workday or similar
HRIS/ERP
systems 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights Experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
What Sets You Apart:
Experience developing HR metrics and workforce analytics frameworks Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel reporting Experience supporting data governance, SOX controls, or audit processes Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders
