We are committed to building a diverse, supportive, and inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive. About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support the full range of HR functions — from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. You will be a trusted partner to both employees and leadership at Casa Kevin. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment — job postings, screening, interviews, and offers Lead new employee onboarding and orientation Serve as a go-to resource for HR policy, employee relations, and workplace concerns Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO) Support performance reviews, training programs, and employee development What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, or BambooHR preferred) PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Passion for Casa Kevin's mission and community values Equal Opportunity Employer Casa Kevin is an equal opportunity employer.
