Executive Assistant / HR Coordinator (Wilmer & Mesquite, TX)

is looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable individual to work directly with our leadership team to help manage and grow the business. This is a hands-on role involving HR, accounting support, operations, and executive assistant responsibilities. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee management
- Help coordinate interviews and recruiting efforts
- Assist with HR-related tasks and employee documentation
- Support management with disciplinary actions and employee performance tracking
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting support tasks
- Apply receivables and assist with account reconciliations
- Follow up on customer balances and payment tracking
- Assist with company event planning and travel coordination
- Support daily business operations and executive tasks
- Create and maintain organized reports, spreadsheets, and SOPs
- Help improve company organization and operational efficiency
- Handle multiple projects and priorities with urgency and professionalism Requirements
- Previous office, HR, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with bookkeeping, receivables, or accounting support is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented and dependable
- Strong Excel and computer skills preferred
- Comfortable working directly with leadership and management
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Must be comfortable working in-office daily Schedule
- Monday through
Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
