Job Description

We're Hiring:
Executive Assistant / HR Coordinator (Wilmer & Mesquite, TX)
USA WHEEL & TIRE OUTLET INC.
is looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable individual to work directly with our leadership team to help manage and grow the business. This is a hands-on role involving HR, accounting support, operations, and executive assistant responsibilities. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee management
  • Help coordinate interviews and recruiting efforts
  • Assist with HR-related tasks and employee documentation
  • Support management with disciplinary actions and employee performance tracking
  • Handle bookkeeping and accounting support tasks
  • Apply receivables and assist with account reconciliations
  • Follow up on customer balances and payment tracking
  • Assist with company event planning and travel coordination
  • Support daily business operations and executive tasks
  • Create and maintain organized reports, spreadsheets, and SOPs
  • Help improve company organization and operational efficiency
  • Handle multiple projects and priorities with urgency and professionalism Requirements
  • Previous office, HR, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with bookkeeping, receivables, or accounting support is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detail-oriented and dependable
  • Strong Excel and computer skills preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with leadership and management
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Must be comfortable working in-office daily Schedule
  • Monday through
Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
