Reporting to the Office Manager, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to managing specialized Driver Qualification Packets and employee relations. You will also own the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring the precision of wages, lease payments, stipends, and reimbursements. Your mission is to champion compliance while fostering a supportive, high-performing culture.
Payroll Administration:
Process and verify payroll, including hours worked, overtime, and deductions. Prepare detailed payroll reports for upper management. Maintain accurate employee records in payroll and HRIS systems.
Benefits and Compliance:
Serve as a liaison for health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. Create and maintain employees' driver qualifications packets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DOT regulations.
Employee Relations and HR Operations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and policies. Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and maintain employees' HR files. Respond to unemployment claims. Process all employee garnishments.
Administrative and Reporting Duties:
Compile payroll and benefits data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Prepare monthly usage fuel reports for upper management. Manage employees' company fuel cards. Grant access to the building security system. Participate in HR projects, staff meetings, and company events. Benefits & Perks Invested in

Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in human resources operations.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software such as Workday, Rippling, or Paylocity . Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and with team members.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
