  • Prior experience supporting large-scale construction or industrial projects Job Description Overview Insight Global is seeking two Employee Care Field Coordinators to support large-scale construction projects in the Pecos and Monahans areas.
These individuals will play a critical role in supporting HR functions onsite, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance across the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on, field-based HR role suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced construction environments and are passionate about employee relations and support.
