Job Description

The City of Odessa is seeking an HRIS Intern to support HR system improvements and daily operations.
What You'll Do:
Upload and organize employee records in the HRIS system Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements Support data entry and basic HR administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organization Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Interest in HR, IT, or business operations
Minimum Qualifications:
