Dell USA L.P. is seeking an Advisor, Learning & Development at its Austin, Texas facility.
Duties:
Curate and customize learning content and contribute to the overall content strategy for nomination-based programs to align to learner needs, organizational priorities, and business goals, ensuring a consistent and meaningful experience globally. Foster learner engagement through the delivery of learning sessions and the development of learning cohort communities, leadership panels, post-program learning journeys. Partner with external vendors, facilitators, program operations, guest speakers, and internal leaders to ensure delivery consistency and effectiveness across learning programs and experiences. Identify trends, risks/issues, and solutions to overcome hurdles to drive results and learning effectiveness. Perform the design, development, delivery, management, and sustainment of high value talent programs in collaboration with the nomination-based program enablement team to define goals and measures of success. Drive learning goal achievement through program management and project plans. Carry out implementation activities and develop processes, documentation, and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Multimedia or related field plus three (3) years of experience in management, HR analysis or a similar occupation OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Multimedia or related field plus five (5) years of experience in management, HR analysis or a similar occupation.
Experience must include:
analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using Excel surveying analysis tools; Microsoft Excel advanced pivot table features; generating dashboards for stakeholder reports; creating customer experience learning journeys and curriculum; creating PowerPoint presentations; and creating project management plans and delivering projects on deadline at budget.
