Our business operations span semiconductor and display cleanrooms, secondary battery dry rooms, solar module production, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. We are seeking a versatile and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Position Overview The Human Resources Specialist is a member of the HR Operations team and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This position requires a strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance with federal and state regulations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you will manage payroll processes, assist with employee onboarding, and serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries. Location This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Round Rock, Texas area. Key Responsibilities Gather and prepare payroll data for final processing Review employee hours, pay codes, and PTO balances for accuracy Assist employees with basic payroll and timekeeping inquiries Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR records and files Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department Coordinate new hire onboarding activities Conduct employee benefits orientations, including health insurance enrollment Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2 to 5 years of human resources experience Proficiency in HR operations and HR management practices Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Experience with employment law and regulatory compliance is a plus Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off (PTO) How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to .
