EMC Corporation is seeking a Senior Consultant, Organizational Development at its Round Rock, Texas facility.
Duties:
Lead HR and talent strategy. Consult with executive teams on strategy, including organizational design, workforce planning and staffing key programs. Build trusted partnerships, identify business opportunities, shape and activate solutions and leadership alongside topline executives to deliver results. Participate in succession planning, pay planning and calibration with elevated talent planning to identify and build capabilities for start-ups and identification of growth stages at various points of maturity. Develop workforce roles and responsibilities during growth to align with leadership capability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field plus twelve (12) years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition or a similar occupation OR Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field plus ten (10) years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition or a similar occupation.
Requires experience with:
providing talent/business consulting, organizational design or HR leadership; technical knowledge of engineering gained either in educational background or direct work experience; identifying business opportunities, shaping and activating solutions and leadership alongside topline executives to deliver results; performing workforce and talent planning; designing talent agendas for future organizational and talent planning; and cyclical and strategic human resource business partner (HRBP) experience, including succession planning and pay planning.
