Oracle HCM & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Analyst The Oracle
HCM & ORC
Functional Analyst serves as a trusted functional consultant for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, provide best-practice guidance, recommend solutions, support implementations and enhancements, and ensure Oracle HCM solutions align with business objectives. This is a functional, consultative role and does not perform system configuration. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary functional advisor for Oracle HCM Cloud and ORC. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and business teams. Recommend process improvements and Oracle best practices. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions. Support implementations, enhancements, quarterly releases, and feature adoption. Perform release impact assessments and communicate business impacts. Partner with developers, integration teams, and Oracle Support to resolve issues. Coordinate UAT, validate business scenarios, and support defect resolution. Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials. Provide production support, root cause analysis, and change management assistance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3-7+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud. Hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Experience with requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
