Human Resources Generalist

Cottonwood Healthcare operates long-term care facilities across Colorado, Montana, Nevada, and Utah. This role will support our Regional Human Resources Administrators to oversee and work with our facilities, including processing payroll, assisting with onboarding, conducting audits, training new business office managers on HR material, assisting with handling sensitive HR issues as they arise, handling workers compensation claims, and helping to build positive morale across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to work hard and become an indispensable member of our team. Requirements Bachelor's degree or working toward degree. Preferably, 2 to 3 years of HR experience in the following areas: Payroll processing Onboarding Training and development Manage sensitive HR matters Experience in Healthcare Industry Handling Workers Compensation claims Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and solve practical problems efficiently and effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced and demanding environment. "Can-do" attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to increase responsibility. Analytical and self-motivated.

Pay:

$50,000.00 per year
