401(k) Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Assisting Hands of Greater Murray is seeking a Hiring Manager to help build and support an exceptional team of caregivers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, taking initiative, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their caregivers. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow alongside our team and contribute to our continued success.
Education :
High School Diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Reports to:
Agency Director Primary Duties:
Identify, interview, and hire outstanding candidates Onboard new caregivers and ensure all files are within state compliance Coordinate schedules and thoughtfully match caregivers to clients based on personality, availability, and skill set Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers to promote engagement and retention Support ongoing staffing needs and daily office operations Other duties as they may be assigned
Qualifications:
18 years or older Willing and able to commute to the office daily Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently Well-organized, prompt, and communicate effectively Previous hiring experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through
Friday FLSA Status:
Hourly non-exempt
