Summary/Objective:
This position will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to the HR Manager and Account Delivery Teams for staffing employees with particular emphasis on Employee support, Hire Onboarding, Benefits, HRIS Data support and Training.
Essential Functions:
Oversees the entire Onboarding Process - communication, processes, and providing guidance and training with the staff. Conduct Hire Orientation. Oversees the designated HRIS portal to ensure accuracy and data input. Answers phone, and email requests made by employees to HR. Completes Employment verifications and unemployment confirmation requests. Compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Creates and maintains electronic employee files. Conducts I-9 audits every 6-months. Assist with annual benefit renewals and Open Enrollment Process. Works as the employee liaison and coordinates with the Ampcus Payroll, Ampcus Timesheet & Ampcus Account Teams. Works directly with the Ampcus Delivery Teams to ensure Employee success. Other duties as assigned by management. Assists with internal Corporate Trainings.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or at least 3 to 5 years equivalent work experience in an HR Department. PHR Certification and/or SHRM-CP a plus.
