Job Description
Summary The FSD Human Resources Administrator Specialist supports the Human Resources Manager with various administrative functions within Human Resources and performs duties related to the operations of the Federal Services Division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with e-Hub resets and issues. Complete monthly reports. Review employee files to respond to inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel. Corresponds with the Marketing Department to provide client and officer updates, awards, birthdays, training schedules (etc) to be included in the Walden Report. Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating. Keeps records related to employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason; Administers pre-employment background checks, and pre
- and post-employment documentation; Provides Walden Security benefits information and assists with completing the necessary forms to enroll and cancel benefits.
