HR Assistant

Hot N Juicy, a unique, dynamic, and fast-growing restaurant chain with 13 locations across the US, is seeking a self-motivated and energetic HR Assistant to join our growing team! In this vital role, you'll be a key player supporting our employee relations, recruitment, and benefits initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Employee Relations:

Assist with onboarding new hires, maintain accurate personnel records, and provide professional responses to employee inquiries. Additionally, you'll support employee relations issues like performance management and grievances.

Payroll & Benefits:

Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other related tasks.

Data & Reporting:

Conduct research, compile data for reports and presentations, ensuring smooth operations.

Partnerships:

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners like government agencies and vendors.

Requirements:

Ability to work 45 hours per week. We're looking for someone who is: Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
