Become the architect of employee potential by creating dynamic workshops and immersive new-hire integration programs.
Partner with passionate business leaders and subject matter experts to turn complex technical knowledge into engaging training.
Take charge of the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, equipped, and integrated into our high-performance culture.
Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops that resonate with industrial, technical, and engineering teams.
Collect data, analyze participation metrics, and evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve our learning ecosystem. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in talent development, training coordination, or a closely related HR function.
Preferred background supporting technical/manufacturing workforces, familiarity with workforce planning, or a talent for instructional design Total Rewards Package Salary:
$66,000 - $88,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
