Schedule:
Monday- Friday from 12:30PM to 9PM Timekeeping & Scheduling Assist with the accurate daily processing of timesheets for 200+ employees, including identifying and resolving time entry errors. Manage schedule changes and work closely with employees and managers to address timesheet issues or questions. Handle employee leave requests and prepare leave reports for managers upon request. Recruitment & Onboarding Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation programs, and prepare all required onboarding materials and documentation. Employee Records & HR Systems Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HR databases are accurate, complete, and up to date. Assist with data entry, audits, and document management to support HR compliance requirements. Benefits Administration Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Respond to employee questions related to benefits in a timely and professional manner. HR Operations & Compliance Support the HR team in administering performance evaluations and tracking employee training and development activities. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, generating employee metrics and trend reports as needed. Stay current on HR best practices and legal requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of timekeeping systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll processes is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams. Ability to speak Hindi and/or Farsi is a plus
