Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a User Applications Liaison 2 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):
  • 3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
  • Prior HRIS Systems Work
  • Work with SuccessFactors or other HCM Systems
  • Technical configuration of systems for end users (NOT development or architecture)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
  • Prefer a candidate who demonstrates excellent communication skills both oral and written, ability to work independently, work well under stringent time constraints, ability to multi-task, and have strong time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruiting, compensation, employee lifecycle).
  • Hands-on, self-starter who is capable and willing to learn and grow with the business.
  • Detail and results oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and under short turnaround times.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interfaces between systems analysts/programmers and users located in a specialized area to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users within an organization.
  • Documents product/service requirements and develops test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out.
  • Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities without necessarily the ability to program.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree required. School must be accredited.
HOURS:
5/40, First Shift 7:30AM-4:00 PM.
