Tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, employee discount programs How you'll make an impact Coordinate onboarding: schedule trainers, facilitate welcome sessions, and mentor new hires. Deliver OJT using approved OJT Guides, Work Instructions, and Quality Plans. Conduct skills verification with JQS files to confirm readiness to produce quality parts. Track learner progress; adjust trainer assignments and work schedules with leadership.
Keep the learning ecosystem organized:
database updates, learning plan prep, Kiosk access, and e-learning administration. Improve training assets by editing OJT Guides and JQS documents based on field feedback. Review trainer performance; refine trainer qualification criteria; help recruit, select, and train instructors. Identify documentation/process gaps and partner with Training and Operations to resolve them. Lead or participate in operational improvement projects that elevate performance. Roll out training for Procedure, Work Instruction, and Quality Plan updates, RCA actions, and annual requirements. Be an advocate for new tools and systems like our LMS, Beekeeper, and MES. What you'll need to succeed Successfully pass a pre-employment drug & background screening Ability to lift, push & pull 10 to 50 lbs.
