RN Case Manager:
Support employee relations investigations, documentation, and issue resolution processes Administer leave programs including
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, PWFA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, and other protected leave requests Guide employees and managers through leave and accommodation processes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Process and maintain HRIS transactions and employee records within UKG, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization Manage pre-employment and ongoing compliance requirements including background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and licensure verification Monitor and maintain compliance documentation, certifications, required training, and employee records Assist with policy interpretation and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures Support performance management, employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives Maintain confidential employee information and HR records in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements Assist with audits, reporting, HR metrics, and special projects as assigned Stay current on employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required Healthcare experience preferred Experience administering FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and employee accommodations strongly preferred Experience working within an HRIS system; UKG experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leaders across all levels of the organization

Flexible hours around a core schedule (Monday-Friday approx. 8:30 AM-5:00 PM). Temporary 6 month postion.

Roanoke based position with support responsibilities across multiple service areas, including Lynchburg and the New River Valley.
