Job Description

A leading company is seeking a motivated Employee Relations Specialist based in Vienna, Pensacola, or Winchester to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities:
The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for: Conducting workplace investigations Handling employee relations issues Resolving conflicts Advising on HR policies Ensuring compliance with employment laws
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Knowledge of federal and state employment laws Skills in investigation handling Experience in conflict resolution Ability to apply HR policies Strong communication skills Organizational skills Analytical skills
Desired Skills:
Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) Experience in large enterprise environments Advanced knowledge of employment laws Proven ability in influencing outcomes Excellent interpersonal skills
