HR Specialist Details:

Temporary position $25.00 to $30.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Employee Relations & Compliance

• Support employee relations, performance, attendance, investigations, leave administration, and HR policy compliance. Recruiting & HR Administration
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, I-9s, employee records, payroll/timekeeping, and benefits support. Workforce & Leadership Support
• Partner with plant leadership on staffing, training, retention, employee engagement, and workplace culture.

HR Specialist Qualifications:

Previous Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or fast-paced environment. HR Knowledge

• Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, and employment law compliance. Communication & Organization
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with employees and leadership.
