Job Description

The Learning & Development Manager strengthens organizational capability by building practical learning programs, certification resources, and talent management processes that help team members and leadersunderstand expectations, grow in their roles, and work more effectively together. Key Outcomes Building Learning & Talent Capability - 60% The Learning and Development Programs are built, organized, and supported with clear content, tracking, recognition, and an approachable participant experience. UKG Talent Management system and processes are improved, documented, better organized, and easier for leaders and team members to use. Talent data is organized and analyzed using UKG, reporting tools, and emerging AI technology to support better visibility and decision-making. Talent management initiatives are moved from ideas to practical execution without becoming over engineered Executing Programs & Supporting Adoption - 40% Practical learning programs and resources are built, implemented, and adopted across M2S. Learning content, templates, certification resources, and related tools are organized and accessible in the right systems. System issues, process gaps, and adoption barriers are identified, prioritized, and addressed with urgency. Leaders and team members have clear guidance on goals, check-ins, learning tools, certification requirements, and talent management expectations. Technology Skills UKG Talent Management experience is preferred, but not required. Expertise in working with talent management, learning management, HRIS, or people analytics systems is required. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, or a related field, including experience designing, delivering, and managing learning programs. Experience with learning management systems, talent management platforms, HRIS, or related technologies. Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence leaders and move work from planning to execution. Up to 20% travel may be required.
