Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on site HR Generalist to manage the day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance while supporting an hourly and salaried workforce. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Support performance management, training, and attendance tracking Manage employee relations in a fast-paced, bilingual, hourly manufacturing environment Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Oversee benefits administration and HR reporting while providing support for payroll processing Partner with safety and operations teams to support plant initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) 3-6 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing Bilingual in English and Spanish required Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience supporting an hourly workforce and shift operations a plus Work Environment On-site manufacturing facility Fast-paced, hands-on role supporting production operations Monday thru Friday, 8 hour shift Benefits Competitive benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
