We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team full time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping attract top talent in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position SummaryThe Recruiting Specialist will support hiring efforts across multiple dealership locations and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ADP Workforce Now.

ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for dealership and corporate positionsCreate and post job advertisements on various recruiting platformsSource and identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach effortsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviewsCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication throughout the hiring processAssist with onboarding and new hire orientationMaintain accurate candidate and hiring records in ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting systemsPartner with managers to understand staffing needs and hiring prioritiesEnsure a positive and professional candidate experienceSupport recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and employment branding effortsMaintain confidentiality of candidate and employee informationPerform additional recruiting, HR, and administrative duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or Human Resources experience requiredExperience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferredExperience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsAbility to handle confidential information professionally and discreetlyAssociates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayEmployee Discount ProgramGrowth and Advancement OpportunitiesContinuous Training and DevelopmentAnnual Award RecognitionEwald Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of age, color, disability, gender identity, genetic information, military or veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic.
