Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our organization's HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing human capital processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and operational excellence across our network. Duties Oversee human resources management activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance evaluations. Administer employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act). Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and company policies. Support change management initiatives by facilitating organizational design, succession planning, and workforce management strategies. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro for data entry, reporting, and data collection. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism while promoting conflict management solutions. Assist in developing affirmative action plans and implementing recruiting strategies using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Taleo. Skills Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment law compliance. Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and HR sourcing techniques. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian for data management. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while demonstrating organizational design expertise. Experience in benefits administration, employee training & development programs, and performance management processes. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
