Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management and general office duties. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Administer payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Support talent management initiatives by assisting in performance evaluations and career development programs. Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Collaborate with management on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Manage office actives and assist other departments as needed Skills Proficiency in payroll Experience with HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent effectively. Familiarity with talent management processes to support employee growth and retention. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across various departments. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
