You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. Responsibilities and Tasks:

Manage full recruitment cycle for designated locations. Onboarding the candidates ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience. Coordinates new hire onboarding with manager or supervisor including new hire and safety training. Participates in Job Fairs at colleges and local community events Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable communicating issues. Maintains strict confidentiality. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws. Other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle process. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software. Good organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. Minimum of three years experience in HR.
