Job Description

The HR Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support across Human Resources operations and recruiting. This role supports the full hiring lifecycle, onboarding, HR data management, policy and records maintenance, surveys, reporting, and department administration. The position also assists with HR projects, job fairs, and serves as the recruiting team's social media administrator, ensuring timely and engaging communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a service‑oriented mindset. Responsibilities Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate travel arrangements Support onboarding and new‑hire orientation activities Assist recruiters with hiring logistics Maintain HR data and records in UKG and ensure proper record retention Assisting other recruiters in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn Process employment verifications, invoices, and department inbox requests Update HR policies, benefits materials, surveys, and internal HR content Support HR projects, job fairs, and recruiting events Develop and publish engaging social media content to support the recruiting team's brand and outreach efforts. Qualifications:
Preferred:
Associate's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
