CAREGIVER TRAINER & ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
Locations:
Racine, WI & Milwaukee, WI (Must be able to travel between both offices and client homes)
Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role Are you an experienced caregiver ready to step into a leadership role? Senior Helpers is looking for a dedicated Caregiver Trainer & Onboarding Specialist to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will welcome, train, and mentor new caregivers—setting them up for success and ensuring our seniors receive the highest quality of care. Compensation & Perks Competitive Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Classroom Training:
Lead engaging orientation sessions for new hires and create custom PowerPoint presentations for onboarding and ongoing training modules. Skill Advancement (\"Level Up\" Classes): Conduct specialized training sessions, including: Senior Gems®
Dementia & Alzheimer's Care Hoyer Lift & Transfer Techniques CPR Certification & Safety Protocols Field & Shadow Training:
Conduct hands-on shadow training in client homes, providing warm introductions between caregivers and seniors to ensure a smooth transition.
Shift Support:
Step in to fill caregiving shifts in the field across all levels of care when urgent coverage is needed.
Job Requirements Caregiver Experience:
Proven hands-on experience in senior care or home health (experience across all levels of care required).
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel regularly between our Racine and Milwaukee office locations, as well as to client homes across the region.
Vehicle & License:
Valid Driver's License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, comfort speaking in front of small groups, and basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Email).
