Job Description

Delta Defense seeks an Organizational Life Coach to elevate performance, engagement, and growth across our Human Resources & Talent Management function. In this role, you will design and deliver coaching programs that support leaders and team members in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment serving responsible gun owners. You'll conduct assessments, facilitate 1:1 and group coaching, and partner with HR to build development plans aligned to our values of integrity, personal responsibility, and servant leadership. Ideal candidates bring proven coaching expertise, strong facilitation skills, and passion for continuous learning and organizational impact. Responsibilities Design and deliver 1:1 and group coaching programs for leaders and employees. Conduct needs assessments and diagnostics to identify organizational and individual development opportunities. Partner with HR and Talent Management to build and implement development plans and learning pathways. Facilitate workshops on leadership, performance, communication, and personal effectiveness. Use data and feedback to measure coaching impact and continuously improve programs. Support change management initiatives and team effectiveness interventions. Promote a culture of integrity, personal responsibility, and servant leadership across teams. Maintain confidential, trust-based coaching relationships aligned with organizational values. Collaborate with leaders to address performance, engagement, and career growth needs. Stay current on best practices in coaching, organizational development, and adult learning.
