18858 Overview This position leads the strategic recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers to meet community needs at the organization's regional facilities. This includes the entire process from marketing,screening, interviewing site visits, contract negotiations and onboarding. Operationalizes and maintains compliance with all national laws and guidelines. Leads the implementation and compliance with medicalstaff development plans and is a key participant in the development and implementation of these plans.Pay & Benefits:

Responsibilities- Leads implementation and monitors compliance with FHP plans for recruitment of physicians and advance practice providers.
- Leads marketing efforts to notify potential candidates of the organization's opportunities through various media, specialty meetings, mailings, and other recruitment outlets and evaluates bestoptions for successful recruitment.
- Directs and/or performs all aspects of the recruitment process, from early contact to strategic contract negotiations.
- Maintains in depth working knowledge and understanding of physicians, their practices, and national trends affecting physicians, advance practice providers and healthcare organizations, and local and national legislative issues.
- Develops recruitment policies and procedures, along with others. Engages parties from operations, Medical Staff Services, medical leadership, and business planning to plan, implement, and evaluate such improvement efforts.
- Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
