Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter I (Tier II) to support full-cycle talent attraction efforts for a Long-term Contract position based in Auburn, Maine. In this role, you will help build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate job postings, and guide applicants through a detail-oriented and responsive hiring experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced recruiting environment, and represents the organization effectively throughout the selection process.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and carry out sourcing plans that expand candidate pipelines for open positions across assigned hiring needs.
  • Manage the posting of vacancies through appropriate internal and external channels to attract applicants with relevant experience in a timely manner.
  • Engage with candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners through clear and detail-oriented communication that reflects a positive employer brand.
  • Conduct candidate screening activities, support interview coordination, and help evaluate applicants in alignment with established hiring practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members involved in screening, testing, and interviewing to promote consistency in the recruitment process.
  • Keep applicants informed on hiring progress and next steps to ensure a timely and detail-oriented candidate experience.
  • Respond to questions from employees, field recruiting contacts, and external applicants regarding staffing activity and career opportunities.
  • Maintain recruiting activity in accordance with company policy, compliance expectations, and documented selection procedures.
