Compensation:

$18-$24/hour

DOE What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records Screen and evaluate candidates for operational and manufacturing roles Coordinate interviews and communicate throughout the hiring process Support onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment activities Represent the company at job fairs and community events Create recruiting-related social media content and hiring outreach What You'll Need to be
