AAA USA is actively hiring an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting initiatives for leading aerospace, automotive, engineering, marine, and advanced manufacturing clients nationwide. We are seeking a motivated recruiting professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience sourcing, engaging, and placing skilled technical talent in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing or corporate recruiting environment . The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously, conducting a high volume of candidate outreach and interviews, and working with tight hiring timelines. This position requires someone who can quickly identify qualified candidates, maintain an active candidate pipeline, and consistently move candidates through the recruiting process while maintaining a high level of accuracy and candidate service. Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, position requirements, qualifications, hiring timelines, and workforce planning objectives. Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, employee referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels. Conduct high-volume candidate outreach, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and other forms of communication. Recruit and communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the hiring process. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, availability, and overall fit for assigned positions. Quickly identify qualified candidates and move them efficiently through the recruiting process to meet client hiring deadlines. Translate or explain job requirements, company policies, onboarding information, and employment-related communications in Spanish when needed. Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of technical and skilled-trades talent for current and future hiring needs. Recruit for positions within aerospace, automotive, engineering, manufacturing, marine, industrial, and other technical environments. Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously while prioritizing positions based on client needs and hiring urgency. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process. Guide candidates through the full hiring process, including application, screening, interview preparation, offer discussions, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and follow-up. Maintain frequent communication with candidates to keep them engaged and moving through the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting platforms. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, colleges, trade schools, technical programs, industry organizations, and professional networks. Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, job fairs, community outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Stay current on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and technical industry developments. Maintain regular communication with candidates and employees to support successful placements and retention. Meet and exceed high-volume recruiting metrics, hiring goals, placement targets, and service-level expectations while providing an exceptional candidate experience. Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interview activity, offers, starts, and other key recruiting metrics. Perform other recruiting and talent acquisition duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial positions preferred. Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard recruiting technologies. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
