We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Mobile, Alabama office and support the continued growth of our contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to identify and attract qualified candidates, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and applicants. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruiting channels Create and manage job advertisements on recruiting platforms and social media Conduct applicant assessments, reference checks, and employment verifications Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records within the company's recruiting systems Meet established recruiting and placement goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience Preferred Experience Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation Staffing agency recruiting experience Experience recruiting for industrial, skilled trades, administrative, or professional positions Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Demonstrated success in achieving hiring and placement objectives Why Join Performance Personnel Services?
