Description About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and identifying top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in both sourcing and candidate management. Requirements Key Responsibilities + Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions + Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies + Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels + Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications + Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process + Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs + Prepare and extend employment offers + Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) + Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities as needed + Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred + 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience + Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing multiple requisitions + Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms + Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities Preferred Experience + Recruiting experience within corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, or staffing environments + Experience with passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development + Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
