Job DescriptionOverviewOwns full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution for hourly and salaried positions while improving workforce pipelines and hiring quality.

Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positionsDevelop recruiting pipelines and sourcing strategiesPartner with operations leaders on staffing forecastsManage applicant tracking and hiring metricsCoordinate interviews and hiring manager communicationLead recruiting events and community partnershipsImprove candidate experience and employer brandingTrack and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metricsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred3+ years recruiting experienceExperience recruiting in manufacturing or operations environments preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience with ATS platforms (Smart Recruiters) and recruiting analyticsWorking ConditionsThis job primarily operates in a professional office environment.
