Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively identifying candidates with relevant experience through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting plans with business needs. Manage a high volume of open positions while maintaining timely communication, accurate documentation, and a positive candidate experience. Use the applicant tracking system to organize candidate records, monitor recruiting progress, and ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures. Screen applicants to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit before advancing candidates through the interview process. Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process. Track recruiting activity and hiring outcomes to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support ongoing talent acquisition initiatives. At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency-supported environment. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages. Experience supporting high-volume hiring needs while balancing multiple requisitions and deadlines. Strong candidate sourcing skills using a variety of channels to identify and engage talent with relevant experience. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data. Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and other business partners. Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and candidate-focused approach.
