This position connects candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders while ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition teams ensuring a seamless handoff from candidate to new hire. Manage phone coverage for Talent Acquisition lines, responding promptly to candidate and internal inquiries and routing calls to appropriate team members as needed. Manage and monitor the Talent Acquisition email inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner. Administer the employee referral programs for ArcBest and ABF. Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with coordinating interviews and career events as needed. Create pre-hire records in HRIS (e.g., Workday). Coordinate, review, and communicate daily pre-employment drug screening results for candidates. Coordinate background checks and physicals when required. Conduct or support new hire orientations, as needed. Communicate first-day expectations to candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner. Maintain and distribute onboarding materials, ensuring timely completion of required documentation (e.g., I 9) and delivery of comprehensive welcome guides to new hires. Provide Talent Acquisition and HR policy guidance. Maintain confidential records. Other duties and projects, as assigned.
