EOS:

Company Driver $0.60 per mile, dry van $0.65 per mile, reefer BCBS medical, dental, and vision Elite Fleet (subject to Elite Fleet qualification) $0.70 per mile, dry van $0.75 per mile, reefer Coast to Coast (reefer only) $0.60 per mile 500 miles per day, 3,000 miles per week Lease Purchase 73 percent of all revenue, dry van 70 percent of all revenue, reefer Third-party benefit options available Where you run Dry van: east of I-35.

Reefer:

all 48 states. No NYC. No Long Island.

Where we hire Dry van:

east of I-35 hiring area.

Reefer:

all 48 states, with exceptions. We do not currently hire reefer drivers based in CA, WA, OR, or certain other states. Home time East of I-35 hiring area: 2 weeks out, 2 days home. What you will do Operate a Class A vehicle safely over the road on assigned lanes. Run on time and safe. That is the EOS standard. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep your equipment ready. Maintain accurate ELD and hours-of-service logs in compliance with FMCSA. Secure and protect freight, including temperature-controlled loads on reefer lanes. Communicate with dispatch and meet pickup and delivery appointments. Represent EOS professionally with every customer. What you need (minimum qualifications) At least 23 years old on your date of employment. Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions. 9 months of verifiable experience in the last 12 months, or 1 year of experience in the last 3 years. Meet DOT driver requirements (49 CFR Parts 382, 383, and 391). Able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Able to obtain a 6-month DOT medical card before your first dispatch. Valid Social Security card and U.S. work authorization. No prior positive or refused DOT drug or alcohol test. EOS does not hire SAP drivers. Acceptable motor vehicle record, PSP, and work-history review.
